I realized that I am the most interested in education and how it can benefit and impact gender equality. My personal opinion is that education should be a priority when we’re talking about changing the way some men still undermine women. I believe it is the first step to achieving total gender equality in the world. I really like the phrase ‘breaking the glass ceiling’ (From Wikipedia: A glass ceiling is a metaphor used to represent an invisible barrier that keeps a given demographic from rising beyond a certain level in a hierarchy. The metaphor was first coined by feminists in reference to barriers in the careers of high-achieving women.) therefore I would like to incorporate it into my book somehow.
