Messing around with some interval/every 2 minute stuff. I haven't been working out much lately. Focusing on building some weaknesses up so my workouts have been a bit less frequent and a bit different due to laying off certain movements. This was a fun one. E2M for 10 minutes - 250m row, 5 burpee over rower, & 5 pull ups. Loving these #nano5shoes, my @lululemon shorts, and my @skins_usa #powershorts. Wasn't sure what to expect on this one plus this is Day 8 of the AIP so I wasn't sure how I would perform. Felt good and picked things up as the rounds went on. Taking a slightly different approach this year.
