Life can certainly be a juggling act at times; In those times it's immensely helpful to ground yourself by focusing on certain qualities and characteristics that aid and assist your juggling skills rather than hinder any or sometimes all progress you've made. Take a few minutes to reflect on your day/week and figure out what those characteristics are for you, is it patience you lack, could you be more mindful, how about more open? Maybe you have more than one area you'd like to focus on and that's okay, be mindful not to overwhelm yourself with new practices but spend a few minutes each day living them.
