Oh yeah, I could definitely see typical Turian flirting being exhibited through a kind of courtliness that humans would probably relate to our Medieval period, or that of ancient Rome. Evolutionary psychologists would say it’s meant to display to your potential mate that you have a suitable temperament for nurturing chicks, but by the present day its just a tendency to be especially polite, considerate, and gracious toward the person you’re interested in. No one is more mindful of the consent and comfort of their intended than an infatuated Turian.
The courtliness does tend to make the flirting of other species go over their heads, though - particularly human innuendo and double entendre. Both Turian LI’s come across as endearingly awkward for a reason.
