Keep in mind when asking for powder interactions specifically she will always be a minor at that point in the rp. Even if you specify powder after being adopted by silco (the mid point between powder to jinx in the years we don't see in the show) she's still a minor.

A buzz of electricity rang out as lights came on and machinery started up. The entire training set had once again shut down only to be yet again fixed by powders knack for tech and gadgets. Her skill for machinery was unique especially for a kid so young, but right now it didn't give her too much confidence.

Left behind once again while her siblings went off, powder fixed up the broken down training equipment and stood in front of it, lining up her gun with a glare and clenched jaw as she grumbled to herself.

"I can help, I'm good at things" she huffed, hitting bullseye after bullseye on each target. "I'm not useless" she reloaded her gun angrily.

While she may be very creative and understand tech better than the others, they still didn't see a way for her to fit into missions just yet, always telling her she was too young still or that her gadgets didn't have any use for what they did.
