#pound_release guide

First of all, Pound_release is an account made by the TNT to filter out pets that got stuck in 2007-2008 when the pound was shut down. they'res THOUSANDS of pets stuck and it's TNT's job to make them find new owners.

Pound Release is at 9:47NST AM and PM respectively. (12:47 AM and PM for East coasters.)

Here's a guide to find out Who is going to get release on Pound release today (may it be for PM or AM pound release).

If you go to the "Transfer page" in the Pound,Select a pet and type in "Pound_release"

Click "OK"

Now, the Pound will ask you if you want to directly transfer over to Pound_Release. DON'T DO THIS. Your pet will get stuck along with the others. Instead, ask to transfer your neopet for one of Pound_Release's pets.

Now, we get a nice list of the pets currently set for Pound release! at 9:47AM or PM NST!

(Pound_release pets as of June 25th. For the Pound Release on 9:46 PM NST (12:47 AM eastern time). )

As you can see, Pound_release goes ALPHABETICAL. Right now it's on "alyssa"-M's. Which means it has passed Alyssa-A to Alyssa-L. Including Alyssa-A's with numbers.

"Oh no! a dreamie is on the list! can I switch one neopet for my dreamie on the list?"

Do not, I repeat, NO NOT transfer your pet for your dreamie to Pound_release! He or she will get stuck ALONG with your dreamie and you lose 1,000NP. I reccomend you watch your dreamie until the next Pound release and go into the pound search, search up their name and F5 like a madman.

Also another thing,

Because the pound was shut down in 2007-2008 before the customization craze and everybody got converted, some pets that got stuck there are Unconverted. Even when put on pound_release and put in the pound AND adopted. they are still Unconverted.
