Where are my INDEPENDENT WOMEN at? 🙋🏼‍♀️ I have always been independent, a do it myself type. I used to hate asking for help (almost as much as I hate admitting I’m wrong 😂) and believed I could do pretty much anything on my own. Group projects were the bane of my existence because I didn’t want to rely on others and I took on (okay I still take on) too much but would stress myself over it because I would do it alone. Thank goodness I have learned (for the most part 🙈) that I CAN’T always do it alone and that it is OKAY to rely on other people for support. I’ve changed a lot by allowing myself to rely on other women on my health and fitness journey and having people to reach out to when I am struggling with my health. More importantly, I have been able to watch other women succeed and hit goals and learn to love their lives, especially when it comes to health, mindset, and gaining the confidence that they all deserve. I would have never been surrounded with so much positivity if I never realized it’s okay to not do everything alone ✨🌻 On March 5th, my 3 week Operation Spring Break challenge begins 🌊👙🌴.
