Если верить моим подсчетам (я бы не стала), то сейчас в самом разгаре 10 неделя моего бурундучения. Ну и блог этот, во-всяком случае - пока, предназначен для меня самой: что-то учесть, что-то вспомнить, что-то зафиксировать. Физиологических подробностей, похоже, будет немеряно.
Сегодня, например, мне хочется зафиксировать тот факт, что изжога не наступила ни от латте, ни от торта-суфле, ни от эклера, ни от супа, ни от хлебцов, ни от молока с ватрушкой. Она наступила от марципана в шоколаде. Водой не гасится, молоко выпито, работать еще часа 3. Ны!
Атакже. Ну, чтоб 2 раза не вставать, хочется отметить, что вес стабильно шатается между 58-59-60 с самисинького декабря. Хотя, вру. 58 давно не видела. Но я ожидала худшего, энивей. Молодец, организм. Хороший организм.
10th Week Written Blog
For this week, we have our meeting. We discussed about on what we are goin’ to do and plan a strategy on finding a merchants that will used our app. We decided to make a brochure for our website. Also, we distribute the works that we need to do. We are assigned with my co-developer to revise the slide deck and lean canvas. Also, we’re the one who’s finalizing everything before we submit to our instructor. Our other team mates was assigned to revise the validation board and find a merchants. In the next day, we met again. We discussed/update our individual tasked. We explained to them about the slide deck, lean canvas and validation board. At the same time, they update to us about their task that assigned to them. Along our conversation, we have small issue with my co-teammate but it’s not a big deal anyway. We argued about our validation board. I felt guilty about what happen but we settle it right away. He said that argumentation is part of teamwork. I agreed with it! We updated to our instructor what happen for this week and what’s our plan for next. We mention to him about our plan which is we’re going to make a brochure. He opposed about it. Instead for that we will follow-up the Pete’s Patriots for update. We asked some questions regarding of the user journey. He explained to us what we are going to do and introduce to us about wireframe. Thanks to him for the guidance and advice. It helps us to enlighten our minds in the next step we are taking.
Technopreneurship Journey
This is the 10th week of my technopreneurship journey. To start the week, we met our instructor and he informed and explained to us our new assignment which is the user journey and there will be a weekly progress report to him. After the meeting I met our CEO and then I told him about the information. For this we were scheduled to have our lean canvas and validation board explanation. It was supposed to be on Tuesday but unfortunately our instructor did not saw my direct message to him that’s why it was move on Wednesday. Last Sunday I and my team went to school to work together our different parts. I was assigned to revise the Lean Canvass for the merchant. On Wednesday we finalize those things we needed for the explanation, there were other group who will present for their lean and validation that’s why we waited for our turn. It was getting late and there’s still 3 group waiting and our instructor said we make a deal with the other group if who will be next my team just decided we will just be tomorrow because aside from we were tired we were also hungry.
On Thursday we went to school early, there were only 4 groups left for the explanation and we were 3rd. Upon observing the other groups, we got ideas on how should we explain our lean and validation. When it was our turn I was the first one to talk, I explained our lean canvas for the merchant there were corrections and suggestions from our instructor same goes to our validation boards. He told to us to have our weekly progress report on the next day. So, on the next day we went to our instructor in the afternoon. He asked for where we are in our start up and he gave us some advice and suggestion on what will be our next move. When being consulted by our instructor made me think of many things about our product. We are almost half way to our journey.
Yesterday our team grade was posted, we was informed by our CEO. It was not a high grade by at the same time I am still happy. It encourages us to do more and better and to really work as a team.
