It was such a beautiful day yesterday that I went for an afternoon run.Felt so good to have the sun on my skin,headphones in and forget the world and all it’s worries for a while.

Went on a much needed hike this morning! Haven't done one in like 2 weeks, and I thought I'd better get one in before Hurricane Irma rolls in. Did ~4 miles, which is fantastic! Glad to know that I haven't lost any stamina. #postrunselfie #hiking #nature #fitabulous
