#posting 101

First of all, log in to your tumblr (whether your personal one that’s linked to the group’s tumblr, or if you’re using the group one to post)

Second, make sure you go to the group’s tumblr to create the post, otherwise you’d be posting to YOUR personal one, and it won’t show up on the group’s tumblr:

You’ll notice that instead of your picture being next to the posting ribbon, it’s the group’s picture with yours on a small square inside, and the blog’s name has changed:

Now, to post, simply choose the option from the ribbon that best fits what you want to post: Text, Photo, a Quote, a Link to another page, a Chat (which is basically, you writing down a conversation between different people), an audio clip, or a video. 

For this small guide, I’ll show a regular Text posting, how to format it, and how to add pictures or “gifs,” which are animated images:
