Potrebno je: Za testo
250 gr. oraha
200 gr. Å”eÄera
200 gr. samonarastajuÄeg braÅ”na
1 kaÅ”iÄica
1 kaÅ”iÄica sode bikarbone
1 kaÅ”iÄica mlevenog cimeta
1/4 kaÅ”iÄice mlevenog karanfiliÄa
1 kesica vanilin Å”eÄera
3 dl. vina
Za fil
3 kaŔike džema od kajsija ili narandže
Za glazuru
100 gr. prah Å”eÄera
3 kaŔike kakaa
3 kaŔike vode
1 kafena kaÅ”iÄica ulja
malo ruma, amaretta ili likera po želji ( opciono)
PripremaZagrejati rernu na 180°C i pleh preÄnika 23-24 cm pomazati uljem, obložiti dno papirom za peÄenje i pomazati papir uljem. Orahe sameljite. U posudi izmeÅ”ajte orahe, Å”eÄer, kaÅ”iÄicu vanile,Ā prosejano braÅ”no, sodu bikarbonu, cimet i karanfiliÄ i dodajte vino i izmeÅ”ajte varjaÄom u kompaktnu smesu. Vino može biti i belo i crveno, samo ako koristite crveno torta Äe biti tamnija. Sipajte smesu u pripremljeni pleh i pecite u zagrejanoj rerni oko 30 minuta odnosno dok ubodena ÄaÄkalica u sredinu kad se izvadi ne bude Äista. Tortu ohladite i izvadite iz kalupa. Kada je torta ohladjena presecite je na pola i premažite blago zagrejanim džemom u sredini, odozgo o sa strane celu tortu. Za glazuru prosejte prah Å”eÄer i kakao i dodajte vodu i malo mutite, dodajte ulje i liker, ako ga koristite, i umutite u kremastu masu. Glazuru prelijte preko torte i ukrasite grubo izmrvljenim orasima ili po želji.
Posluživanje Glazuru možete praviti i od otopljene posne Äokolade, ili pak onu klasiÄnu sa Å”eÄerom, toplom vodom i limunovim sokom, naime po vaÅ”oj želji i ukusu. Takodje možete praviti tortu bez džema i tada samo kad se ohladi sipajte glazuru po želji. Ako nemate samonarastajuÄe braÅ”no koristite braÅ”no za torte i to u 150 gr. dodajte 1 kaÅ”iÄicu praÅ”ka za pecivo i 1/2 kaÅ”iÄice sode bikarbone i dobro izmeÅ”ajte Svi Recepti
