I know it’s a small thing but I’ve been having a really hard time with having to do all my work for uni at home and when I was about to have a panic attack earlier today my cat came into my room and distracted me enough to calm down...I seems minuscule but I think he’s realized that I’ve been really anxious lately and has started to sleep near me all the time and calms me down when it gets bad

Pos hour: even though the results and everything weren’t what I was hoping for, I’m feeling optimistic about the treatment and everything and another positive is I just ordered some more photos to put on my photo wall, and my partner sung Blank Space, Lover and Call it What You Want on the guitar last night and it was so special... I cried, I feel so lucky and blessed to have him in my life
