Ingredients: 1 cup dried mango. 1 cup shredded coconut. 1 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Dried mango, shredded coconut, rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt should all be put into a food processor. Mix the ingredients together until they turn into a sticky dough-like substance. Make little balls out of the mixture that are about an inch across. Put the balls on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to make it firm. Once the energy balls are firm, put them in a container that won't let air in and put it in the fridge for up to a week.
