POPSUGAR sent me this month’s Must Have Box and it was basically a spa-in-a-box. A perfect way to start off the year if you ask me.

It has been raining a lot in LA lately so the timing for an at-home spa day couldn’t have been more perfect. After relieving some stress with a quick workout, I showered and wrapped my hair with the Daily Concepts hair wrap towel . 

I then tried the Goldfaden MD resurfacing peel and set the tone to a serene afternoon by lighting the Glade No. 3 candle and made myself a cup of Dean & Deluca Peppermint Tea. I wasn’t kidding, everything in the box was given plenty of thought because I ended up using most of the contents in one sitting.

Another thing I loved was the Manduka eQua Mat towel, I was going to purchase a hot yoga towel two weeks ago since I’ve been curious to try a Hot8Yoga class at a new studio that just opened up in Sherman Oaks . I was too busy with work that I forgot to pick one up and, to my pleasant surprise, this month’s box came with a mat towel.
