SELF CARE: The month of February has been all about taking time out for myself - something I don’t do enough. From the little things like buying flowers for our home (displayed here in a @nimaoberoilunares heart-shaped vase), lighting a candle (like the @khallstudio peony jar candle on my nightstand) or indulging in a luxurious hand cream (loving the @tokyomilk_ shea butter handcreme) to bigger things like saying “No” to more, carving out time just for me to read a book or a magazine, making time to meal plan and being more gentle with myself when I can’t get through my long to-do list - it all makes a difference to bring me to a place of feeling more grounded and calm.
