#popcorn bars

Makes 9 bars

What you’ll need:

1 bag microwaved popcorn (about 6 cups)

3 tbsp. butter

35 large marshmallows

1/3 cup Spanish peanuts

chocolate (optional)

Spray coat or grease well, an 8 × 8 or 9 × 9 inch dish. Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Add the marshmallows and stir until melted.

Add the popcorn and peanuts and stir until combined. Transfer into the greased dish. Grease your hand, and press the popcorn down flat.

For the optional chocolate drizzle:

I used a 1/4 cup each of white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips. Just add a tsp. of cream to the chocolate and microwave until melted. Drizzle over the popcorn bars.
