Wanted to do the Hagging Out theme but late but it turns out my honey hook up isn’t just behind production, several of his hives are struggling. My parents have “20 pounds of bee food” out in the yard in case any of his bees wonder our way. Seems like the heat’s been rough on them.
So no local honey for the time being, just prayers. Glad I got our little bottle when I did in April but it’s not enough for what I was hoping to use it for. I’ll check back this weekend and see if things are looking any better.
