I like the idea of transfem hollyleaf but I really do wonder how it could be implemented, I mean, if we just think the clan's are woke enough to let that slide then there's not much thinking to be done #sheliveshappilyeverafter and there's that. But if we take the clan's at face value from how they are in canon I don't know mate I'm not sure about it all, like it's a system that's already patriarchal and anti outsiders that subsists on there always being families producing kids, be real with me, they'd be pretty homophobic/transphobic (without counting their whole will of god thing) and you know hollyleaf right she's like n1 system fan even when it destroys her she keeps trying to uphold it so, would she ever be honest with herself enough to realize this, and would she even be brave enough to pursue the life she wants instead of the one paved out in front of her? Sadly I really don't think so even posts tunnels, maybe she would tell someone like cinderheart (even fallenleaves I guess, what's fallenleaves gonna do? Judge her? Fallenleaves is lonely man fallenleaves don't give a damn) I would say she could tell squilf but like, when she was in good terms with squilf was pre tunnels and there ain't no way in hell pre tunnels hollyleaf would accept herself.... If she can't even fully do it post tunnels... (Bramble star wouldn't accept her at all, not necessarily full on overt transphobia slur yelling more so those who say that their child is dead for being trans or something)
