You know, I’ve always heard of people mocking Sansa by calling her Sansa Lannister, or Sansa Bolton, but I’ve never seen it myself...until today, and it’s the most pathetic thing I’ve ever seen, especially since they used it in order to support up their claim that they could never see Sansa as an equal to Daenerys. I’m not saying that you can’t create mocking names for Sansa, because you absolutely can. I mean sure, you have two brain cells, but you can. However, to use something that’s so intertwined with the emotional, physical and even sexual abuse that she has suffered is just despicable. Her being manipulated and forced into different marriages shouldn’t be trivialized just because you want to mock her. It definitely shouldn’t be used as proof that she’s inferior or weak. People want to use the fact that because women in this series are victim of their society’s misogyny as proof that they are weak and disposable. In doing so, you’re only validating the sexist beliefs perpetuated in that society and the messed up norms that exist there.
