For you, Bae, a token to ask the most important question ever:

What is Twi's favorite animal? Is it the goats? Dogs? Cats? The random cow that headbutt him in the back as a child? Or the geese that flock to him and unintentionally chase him out of pure instinct.

No particular reason for asking. I just gotta know what fam things did twi get ul to on many of your au's (writers choice for which ones lol)

HSH!Twi prefers cats above all. Growing up with friendly barn cats brought a brightness to his day where otherwise barn chores might have been dull. Even when he moves to bigger cities, having a cat or two (or more) in his place is enrichment for his enclosure. He used to show sheep in 4H, so he has a soft spot for lambs, too.

poly!Twi is all about the larger ungulates for food and fiber: goats, cows, llamas, horses. He's the one to (cautiously) introduce some of these species to Skyfall, and it's one of the biggest things he misses about home.

Twilight definitely has difficulty sleeping, especially when he's sleeping alone. He does suffer from nightmares--not as frequently or with the intensity that Sky does--but most of his nighttime anxieties come from bad memories during his adventure. It's something Warriors in particular is very sensitive to, too.

When alone, Twilight spends sleepless nighttime hours in activity, either reading or writing letters. When he's sharing a bed with a lover or two, he's the type to keep watch over them as they sleep, idly petting if they'll allow.

fear

Twilight's greatest fear is, of course, the fear of being alone. I can't help but wonder if that fear wasn't realized in some way by his time with the Hero's Shade. He's pretty open about that fear, although not by choice. Twilight just doesn't handle aloneness well, to the point of making himself sick and nearly wasting away during the brief period of time that he spent in Ordon Village after their adventure.

desire

I think that deep down, Twilight's greatest desire is having a place to belong. Although beloved by the village, he was an outsider of sorts in Ordon. Traveling with the group of heroes helped him feel so happy and so whole, and being not just with Warriors but with Sky too helped him feel whole in a way he hadn't before.

Absolutely, yes!

HSH Twilight is friend-shaped, hence he becomes fast friends with the other guys, even surly friends like Legend. He is loyal to a fault, refusing to let Champion wander off on his own and get lost or hurt, even if Champion isn't nice to him. He also refuses to let Time be sad and alone for the rest of his life. He innately knows that having a pack is important!
