Legend, because he's the one who made the first move after getting some liquid courage in his system and building a new rapport over several weeks/months. However, "embarrassing love confessions" aren't really his style, so he really just gets uninhibited enough to flirt about it instead.
🖤What’s the darkest “we’ll never tell anyone” thing they’ve done together?
We don't know how honest, if at all, either of them are being about this with anyone -- does Hyrule know Legend's already involved with someone else so soon? Has Time told Wars he's seeing someone new, or that it's Legend? Are they being honest with each other about what this is, what they expect, what they want, where this is going (if anywhere)? So it has a veneer of being a little illicit and infidelity-adjacent.
😴Who falls asleep first & who watches them with heart-eyes?
On the rare occasion Legend is completely down for the count, it does stoke something protective and warm in Time that Legend is able to relax so completely around him that he can actually fall asleep. Sometimes it's even close enough to consider it cuddling, if one considers an arm thrown across a chest or touching shoulders cuddling.
🌙Who’s the little spoon & who pretends they hate it but secretly loves it?
I don't think they do true overnights where this would ever come up, but I can see them being perfectly, entirely content to just sleep near each other without spooning. They both need to face opposite or different directions, so they either have to face each other (too intimate, because they are Freaks about this) or be back-to-back, or one's on his side while the other's on his back, or something like that.
☕️Who’s the morning person & how do they lure the night owl out of bed?
Though, as I said above, they don't do overnights or sleepovers, they did live together and know that Legend prefers to sleep in and that Time wakes early to fit a morning run in. Time's also respectful enough that, at most, he's brewing coffee and keeping it warm for when Legend does decide to rise and grace the world with his presence.
😳What’s the most embarrassing thing they’ve walked in on the other doing?
God, I'm completely blanking on this one, even a few days later. Maybe Time (old man) doing PT stretches for an old injury and not being able to get back up without assistance afterwards? Legend (stupid) slipping off his pole or accidentally setting something on fire while he's practicing in the yard?
