Trigger warnings: Mentions of angst and chronic illnesses
Your heart trembled, as you paced the hardwood floor of your apartmentâs tiny living room. Theyâd be here any minute, wondering what the matter would be no doubt. You couldnât find it in your heart to talk to them about what was going through your mind via holo vid or text. This was personal to you, and so, this talk had to be dealt with face to face.
 Looking out your living room window, you spotted them, pulling up into the parking lot with a roar of Makoâs âHogâ revving into a parking space. Jamieâs face had a hint of worry to it, the fact that you needed to see them to have âa talkâ with them didnât bode well for his nerves. It really didnât for you either. He hopped out of his side car, and waited for his partner in crime to grunt off his âHogâ. Roadhogâs mask was on his face but, you knew he probably mustâve been worried too, you could tell by the way he hesitantly stood by his bike and looked up to your apartment window, located on the third floor.
You two made eye contact for a brief moment before the junkers walked their way into the apartment complex. It seemed like you could hear the heavy footsteps climbing up the step of the stairs and it made your heart drop ever so much more, feeling the butterflies in your stomach fluttering anxiously. Finally, there came two loud knocks at the door, and then;
âY/N, itâs us, open upâŠSo we can have our lilâŠchit-chatâŠâ Jamieâs voice wavered at the end of his sentence seeming hollow and soft. You took a deep breath and took the door knob into your hands, turning it slowly and opening the door to reveal two familiar looming figures. You couldnât hide the depression in your eyes, nor the knot in your stomach. How would they feel about you confessing your âlittle problemâ to them? It already made you feel like less of a woman, less of a person more than it seemed. Would they actually want to stay with you after you tell them? Would it be too much of heavy load for them to carry, on top of being one of the worldâs most wanted criminals and thieves?
You granted the two permission to enter your apartment, and shut the door softly behind you as they both entered.
âArroight first things first,â Jamie started, he looked a little perturbed and troubled. This unsettled you as you saw Mako sitting on the couch, head slightly turned to face the floor. âIâm not good with bad news, you know this. Roadie knows it. Iâm not good at handling dramar or any of that. I donât have the patience for that kinda garbage, kay? SecondlyâŠâ he leaned his prosthetic arm into the wall, sighing. âIâm not gonna have ya keepin me and Roadie in the dark forever love, that ainât fair fer none of us.â
 Your eyes widened at what Jamie had said. Slightly put off at how direct and straight to the point he was, but at the same time you couldnât blame him either. These two men, had been through so much together, so much hardship and so much trouble. Burdens you could even call themâŠ.and even yourself. You reached out for your phone and typed out a message. You could already feel your eyebrows furrowing slightly upward as you typed out your message.
âAre you breaking up with us?â Jamie blurted out.
You quickly looked up and shot a glance at him, his expression, a sorrowful frown and his stance stiff as a board. And you could faintly hear sniffs coming from Makoâs direction, unknowing if he was crying or not. You stood in disbelief, mouth agape and eyes as round as orbs. Was that why Jamie had become so harsh and blunt to you the minute he walked in the door, because they thought you had wanted to end your relationship? Jamie caught onto your distress and disbelief and he squinted his yellow eyes at you, feeling confused at what was happening. âThatâsâŠwhy ya called us hereâŠ.roight?â he asked his expression gone more gentle.
Your breath hitched and it felt as if a knife had been stabbed straight through your chest. You couldnât help the tears flowing out of your eyes, the turn of your stomach twisting in knots and the audible sob that escaped your mouth. You shook your head ânoâ over and over, to the point where it could almost give you a migrane, but you didnât care. You tried typing out the words on your phone, but your little hands were trembling so much from the overbearing anxiety inside you, that you had dropped your phone. Mako immediately stood up and paced over to where you were, Jamie was completely startled but was quick to grab you, his hands onto your own, squeezing them slightly.
âLookit me, Y/N! H-Hey lookit me!...â
He placed his hands onto your soft face as the tears streamed down and more sobs escaped your lips. You had tried to form words as you sobbed, you tried so hard to tell the two that you had loved them with all your heart and that you wanted the three of you to stay together forever. All that could come out, however, were little whimpers and sobs. It irritated you to no end that you could barely form words, to tell them how you really felt and what was really on your mind. So you did the only thing you knew how to do to show them your love from your heart; you quickly planted a kiss on to his lips and stayed there for a few seconds and once more onto Makoâs mask. Jamie was dumbfounded and tried to put the pieces together in his head, tried to decipher the little code of facial and body language you always had, to better understand you. âSoâŠwaitâŠâ he started. âY-yerâŠnot endingâŠthis?â he asked hopeful.
Again, you pressed your lips against his own and kissed him, a little more passionately than the last. You broke off the kiss and shook your head ânoâ. With your hands, you signed to him, âI love you.â And made the same sign to Mako. You heard little gasps escape Jamie as he pulled you in for a tight embrace. Mako, being behind you, embraced you as well. Peppering kisses all over your shoulder and neck, feeling his warm touch on your back. All of you now in a tight loving bundle, swaying slightly keeping the balance. The two men were completely at ease and relieved that you still wanted to be theirs. But the sudden pang of guilt, nagged on in Jamieâs conciseness. Feeling absolutely awful for how he was acting towards you and how he was too quick to jump the gun. He needed to apologize and fast.
âOh love⊠oh sweets,â he blurted. â âM sorryâŠâm so sorry. Me and RoadieâŠwe thoughtâŠâ he squeezed you tighter. âWe thought you were done with usâŠthought you wanted things to be throughâŠI shouldâve known bettahâŠâm so sorryâŠpleaseâŠâ He took your hands and placed tender kisses on top. âForgive an olâ Rat? I love ya too much to lose yaâŠâ You nodded your head and a big wide grin covered Jamieâs face, peppering your forehead with kisses. You felt yourself being turned around by a pair of big familiar palms. Looking up, you saw that Mako had removed his mask and got to your eye level. âY/NâŠâ he started, as his hands caressed the side of your face. âI love yaâŠ.forgive me?â Mako asked softly.Â
You nodded your head and placed a kiss on his lips. Your foreheads resting on one another. Jamie had hugged the both of you again, all of your worries and all of your dejection, completely emancipated.
Junkrat, finally had let go and stared down at you, confusion back on his face. âSo love, if that wasnât the reason you rang us here,â he started. âWhat was it then? Something else on yer mind?â he asked. You remembered before the accusation, on why you called them there. A depressed frown crossed your face and you picked up your phone. Typing away and then pressing âsendâ the minute you were done. Mako got behind Jamie and heard his phone ring a text tone. He opened the message and it read as followed;
Y/N: âThereâs something you need to know about me.â
The boys looked up at you, puzzled and confused as to what little secret you could have. Curious they had you sit on the couch and stood right in front of you. âWhatever it is love, ya know weâll always be there for yaâŠWe both love ya too much to let ya goâŠâ Jamie said. âHell, even if ya were planninâ on breakin it off, we wouldâa probably just kidnap ya. But that wasnâ thâ reason! SoâŠit must be somethinâ else. Lemme seeâŠâ His prosthetic hand rubbed his chin as he was thinking. âYa workin wit them Talon blokes?â You shook your head ânoâ. â âKay, youâŠâ He paused for a second only to blurt out; âYa ainât workin fer the Queen are ya?!â he asked a little too loudly. You immediately shook your head at that one.Â
Never in your life would you ever consider working for someone who banished your boyfriends from ever going back home. That was an absolute no-go. Besides, being with your two men kept things fun and entertaining for you. And that they would protect you from anyone who dared come in between what the three of you had. Jamie had snapped his fingers; âAh! You committed tax evasion!â You giggled but shook your head ânoâ. Jamie was just being silly at this point, trying to make you laugh and it was working. Mako placed his hand on his cohortâs head and shoved him to the side, rolling his eyes at how goofy Jamie was being.
âLet her talk, RatâŠâ He grumbled. Jamie crossed his arms and stared back at you, awaiting a response. You typed out your next message, your face turning into a frown and pressing send once more. The text tone rang off once again and the boys looked at the message. Their expressions changed slowly, a slow stunned look on their faces as they read over the words. It read;
Y/N: I have a chronic illness.
They looked up at each other and then to you, your face staring down at your living room floor. You felt sickened having to admit this. You absolutely hated this aspect about yourself, how disgusting it made you feel and how bothersome it was to you, how you had to live with this throughout your whole life being in worlds of pain and misery. You typed out more words onto your phone and sent the message to them. Hearing the text tone again they opened the message;
Y/N: Itâs called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome or PCOS for short.
Jamie stared back up flabbergasted and rubbed his head. âGee lovey,â he started. âI didnâ know you were sick. I wouldâa gotten ya some meds had ya told me, or I wouldâa gotten ya some-â he was cut off by you making a noise, indicating that wasnât what you meant. You typed out another message, this one took a minute more to type out. Sending the message, you stared up at them and when they finally opened the text, it read;
Y/N: Itâs not like a cold or the flu. This is something thatâll never go away. Itâs something Iâve had since I was real young. And itâs caused me a great deal of pain and grief. Iâve always felt like less of a woman having it, because it makes me feel like some sort of disgusting monster. And I wanted to tell the both of you, just in case you didnât want to be with me anymoreâŠbecause of it.
They both shot a glance at you, tears once more streamed down your face and you looked down at your feet, your heart swelling with shame. Mako grabbed you and took you into his arms, this startled you completely and you gasped as he lifted you off the ground, carrying you bridal style. âRangatiraâŠâ he whispered.
Jamie kissed your temple and leaned his forehead into the crook of your neck. âDarlââŠ.â Junkrat started. âWhy didnât ya tell us?â he asked resting his head on your tummy. âYou mean,â Jamie looked up at you. âTa tell me, that you, our girl, our lil giggly sweets, has a war goinâ on in her insides? Sweet Jesus, love.â He placed tender kisses on your tummy. âAinât there a cure fer it? Ainât there somethinâ docs can do âbout it? Anythinâ? They canât just let ya suffer like this!â He spoke a little loudly, perhaps agitated that the medical system may have failed you. For the two junkers, succumbing to such things like atomic meltdowns, radiation poisoning, body mutilations and brawls was next to nothing for them. That was their life, and it was how things were in the Outback, especially in Junkertown.
But you, you were stuck with this, stuck with it out of shit-luck. And since childhood no less. You had a life, a family, friends and a future. But fate had something else in store for you, and by no means, was it fair, but life never really is. Â
The boys took you to your bedroom, they placed you on your nice soft and comfy bed, and climbed in with you. They cuddled up next to you, caressing you ever so softly. Jamie slowly moving his position to be on top of your tummy, placed several more kisses on top. You sighed softly at the little displays of affection the boys were showering you with.Â
Jamie finally spoke. âLove, ya know me nâ Roadie are mad for ya. Weâd destroy an entire city block if ya wanted us toâŠthis,â Jamie kissed your stomach again. âWill never drive us away, understand, love? Youâre stuck with us and ya wonât be gettinâ rid of us so easily.â He began to plant kisses as made his way toward your face. âAnâ never, anâ I mean never, let this make ya feel less of a woman. Ya know what I think?âÂ
He crawled up to your face and began peppering you with more kisses. âI think,â He started. âIt makes ya more of a woman. Think âbout it. Ya lived with this practically ya whole life, on top of not bein able ta talk much, then havin ya other problems anâ what have ya and having to deal with a coupleâa reckless blokes like us.â Mako chuckled at the last comment Jamison made, but you didnât avert your gaze away from him. âY/NâŠya more of a woman than ya think. Yer a helleva strong woman, stronger than that Russian sheila whose always got it out for usâŠâ You giggled at that, you knew Zarya did not like the Junkers at all, and was on their case constantly about your relationship, with the whole âbreak her heart Iâll break your neckâ speech.
Mako carassed you and turned your face to face his. âYou love meâŠlove the manâŠand the monster,â He whispered. âI adore you, aroha. Our hearts belong to you.â He leaned in and closed the gap between your lips with his and kissed you passionately.Â
Jamie happily watched as the two of you were completely entangled in the heated kiss. Finally breaking for air, you ran your fingers through Jamieâs hair as he rested on your tummy and leaned your head onto Makoâs chest. The three of you, now relaxed and at ease with one another. A moment like this was one of the things you absolutely savored in life. It was really a time where you and the boys could just be lost in each other and just fall asleep in each otherâs arms. You adore these moments, you wish you could stay like this for all eternity without a care in the world. Jamison broke the silence, however, by whispering; âYouâre ours, ya hear me?â Hearing that sent chills up your spine, but you nodded your head and smiled, loving the idea of being owned by your two favorite men in the whole world. You then hear Mako add, âWhatâs ours is oursâŠY/NâŠProperty of Junkrat and Roadhog.â
