It’s been a while, huh?

Well I’m still alive….ish.

Anyway! Here’s the thing!

The Matsuno boys held regular practices in their garage.Sometimes you joined in, sometimes you didn’t. This is one of the times youdid. You arrived to their home full of muffled sounds coming from the garage.You made your way into the garage and found Ichi and Jyushi working out a piecein their song. Totty was cleaning his piano, Choro was tuning his violin.Meanwhile Oso and Kara were arguing over who gets to do the main vocals forthis song. You announced your presence and the boys instantly dropped what theywere doing to go greet you.

“(Name)! We’re so glad you’re here!” They cheered.

“Yes, yes I’m here and I’m surprised you’re all gettingalong.” You replied.

“Jyushimatsu came up with a song so we’re learning it.”Ichimatsu answered.  

“I want you to sing it for us!” Jyushimatsu cheered.

“WHAT?!” You cried.                                                              

“Yes please! You have a better voice than Osomatsu andKaramatsu.” Totty chimed in.

You felt a hand grasp yours and you looked down to findKaramatsu kneeling before you.

“I would be honored if you sang this song, my angel.”

“Aren’t you a little offended that they think you suck?”

“Heh. It’s the price a painful man like myself must pay inorder to hear your beautiful voice.”

“Ah, Karamatsu. You’re too much sometimes.”

“You think?” Ichimatsu added and you shook your head.

“Don’t get cocky,(name). I’m still a better front man.” Osomatsu announced.

“Of course you are.” You laughed.

“Oh please, the last gig we had the audience let you fall tothe ground when you went for a stage dive.” Choromatsu muttered.

“That was just one bad crowd.” Osomatsu shot back.

“More like 10 bad crowds, you a-”

“YOU WANNA FIGHT?!” Osomatsu hollered as he grabbedChoromatsu’s collar and pulled him in.

You stepped in between them, pulling Osomatsu off ofChoromatsu.

“Hey! Hey! Break it up you two. Let’s just learn Jyushi’ssong. I’m sure it’ll be fun.”

The two stared each other down and huffed a ‘fine’ beforegetting ready to play.  

Totty handed you the lyrics Jyushimatsu wrote and handed youa pair of maracas. You were about to start playing when you noticed Osomatsusitting on a couch.

“Oso.” You called out to him, extending the maracas to him.

“What?”

You shook the maracas at him, silently urging him to takethem.

“It won’t be fun if it’s not all of us.” You added.

He stood up, took the maracas from your hands and got intoposition.

“5, 6, 5 , 6, 7, 8” Ichimatsu counted off the beat and theboys started playing while you tried to figure out how to fit in Jyushimatsu’slyrics to the melody. The song sounded good for a few seconds but then themedley fell apart.

“Okay, we need to figure this out.” Todomatsu piped in.

“Let’s just play it a couple more times so we can get a feelfor it.” Ichimatsu suggested.

You all agreed and continued to play rather horribly.However, Choromatsu quickly grew tired of hearing the sounds and stopped thesession.

“Guys, this isn’t working.”

“No shit.” Osomatsu replied.

“Jyushimatsu, what do you think?” Karamatsu asked.

Jyushimatsu shook his head and put his hands up to form an ‘x’.

“Well that’s our answer.” Todomatsu muttered.

“Well we aren’t going to sound good on the first daypracticing this.” You added.

“We’ve been at it for hours, (name).” Osomatsu replied.

“Why don’t we play our parts separately?” Karamatsusuggested.

“Separately?” Jyushimatsu asked

“Oh! That’s a good idea. We could hear what everyone’splaying and we can mess around with it.” Choromatsu replied.

The rest of the afternoon was spent listening to each otherplay and making the song flow better. After a few hours, you suggested thatthey put the song together to hear what it sounds like.

“Jyushi! Count it off!”

As you can see, It’s anything with a heart beat basically

They never let me say his name.. ^^;
