30 day opera challenge. Day 30. Not very famous opera that you find beautiful.
Perhaps this has been the hardest decission to make in this challenge. Because I love listening to obscure operas from  the most various repertoires and in a great variety of languages. So, after much hesitation I chose Straszny Dwor (1865), by Stanislaw Moniuszko, the father of Polish national opera.  Straszny Dwor translates as The Haunted Manor. Someone posted a video with highlights of this opera on youtube, so judge for yourselves:
