there's something dangerous in reading all that slow burns, that pines, that hits too close to the heart. it makes me yearn for things i already put at the back of my mind, shelved in the columns of my memories arranged like a library.

it swears secrecy on everything i wish i had.

wouldn't it be the best surprise, if someday i died without warning or phonecalls or telltale signs without seeing it coming.

you'll wonder what was the last straw, which one was it, when why and how.

was i happy was i hurt was i smiling a bitter smile was i smiling a satisfied smile?

when did i start to give things up and how did you not see it? you"ll wonder if i bled and why were you not with me through it

E: very moment we’re glad

Y: ears have passed since the last

M: oments I remember were such a blast

Ang hirap mag-aral, wala akong pera, Ang hirap sumabay, ako'y walang-wala, Ang hirap maging ako, pagod at sawa, Labis ang hirap maging mahirap, dukha

Ang asin at kanin, nagsisilbing lakas Paghihirap kailan ba magwawakas, Ina, alam kong ika'y napapagod na, Nawa'y hindi mo kami lisanin ama

Ako ay ikinulong sa isang hawla, Laging puno ng hirap at pagdurusa, Kailan nga ba magwawakas ang lahat, Tuloy pa rin, natamaan man ng sibat.
