gordons and their relationships with their barneys/benrey (platonic, romantic, or otherwise)
Gordon: obviously for a while Gordon is not very happy with Benry, however over time they become friends and eventually (for me anyway) get in a relationship, they both needed to work on their communication skills for it to work, but overall they get along well once both of them know how to interact with eachother, also funfact, i hc barney actually existing in their universe- he and gordon are just best friends though, but at one point had crushes on eachother that never went anywhere.
Freeman: He met Barney soon after working at black mesa, Barney didn't know how to leave him alone and so Freeman accidentally made friends w/ him, Barney knew ASL and was able to communicate with him. Barney and him became quick friends tho and they were both weird, Barney and him using the vents consistently (for trouble, and to race into kleiners office when the old guy accidentally left his keys in his office). Barney and Freeman gained mutual crushes for each other and basically hung out CONSTANTLY. In an au where combine doesn't happen, they start a nice relationship :o). Freeman loves Barney in his own special ways and Barney loves him.
Freemind: His barney is Barmey,(barney's mind). Freemind honestly thinks the guy is annoying but also craves his attention secretly. Barmey has 100% fooled himself into thinking they're best friends- which they are but not. Freemind, if he learned Some emotional stability, would probably want to be in a relationship w/ him. Barmey doesn't know he's gay though so it might take a moment. i dont know how this would translate in a freeman's mind 2 sense though. so don't ask me about that
