What was your first pokephellia ship
I have a surprisingly definitive yet quite basic answer to this: Ash and Latias from Pokemon Heroes. I straight up thought they were intended to be canon and was fully on-board with that, they're adorable.
Aside from that, though...the first human/Pokemon ships I shipped for other reasons were player character/Hydreigon from Gates to Infinity (baby's first PMD) and, a weird one, Ash/Arceus. Kid me didn't compute age gaps, adult me thinks Arceus's relative naivete and Ash's wide experience + positive outlook could make a really interesting dynamic where an older Ash is the one with more 'worldly experience' despite the obvious.
Maybe I should write it, I couldn't find much in the tag on ao3 that I liked... <- has over a thousand WIPs and finishes nothing voice
