Omg, thank you for this ask! It's so funny to me though because I was already making a Pt. 2 ( ˶ˆᗜˆ˵ ) since I saw that the response for Pt 1 was pretty positive! Also, small disclaimer: If you're adverse to physical touch in relationships, you might not like some of these headcanons, but I'll try to include some that you might enjoy more

♡ Pluto secretly loves being the little spoon, even though he also loves being the big spoon. It doesn't matter how tall you are, if you like being held, he'll be damned if he doesn't get to hold you.
♡ Back to the being held thing. It's a pretty well-known fact that Pluto didn't get to enjoy the safety and comfort of in being someone's arms while he was alive; which is why you are very happy to oblige when he asks you to cuddle and to maybe hold him for a bit? If you don't mind?
♡ On the other hand, there are other (equally effective) ways of making sure that he knows he's being taken care of. For example, gently treating his wounds when he gets hurt, or lending him a shoulder to cry on when he's feeling troubled or upset; and most importantly, giving him space to be himself.
♡ Pluto knows that his friends mean well, but sometimes they can be a bit overbearing; which is why you need to be a bit careful when taking care of him, lest he thinks that you believe him to be incapable of looking after himself.
♡ He might also ask you to keep most displays of affection, at least the "bigger" ones like kisses or cuddles between yourselves as he's more of a private person.
Before reassuring you that it's not because someone is teasing him about you, and that he's not ashamed of your relationship you were a bit concerned as to why he would feel the need to be do secretive, but after hearing his reasoning, you understood his motives and let the matter go.
♡ When it's just the two of you, Pluto loves planting small kisses on the back of your hands or, if you allow him to, on your nape, on the exact spot your neck connects to your back. And obviously, he loves kissing your lips; whether it be quick pecks or longer and softer kisses.
♡ When it comes to him, he turns beet red if you kiss him anywhere on his face; but if you kiss him where his scar is, he will turn into a literal puddle or self-combust on the spot.
As said before, he's really ashamed of his scar, which is why he's constantly hiding it. So when you do stuff like that, acting as if you don't care in the slightest about it; even going as far as kissing his scar, he can't put into words the relief and happiness that fills him.
♡ It's thanks to you and the others, that he starts smiling more, and stops being so fidgety; knowing that he's safe and that he has someone who's there for him.
