#plus cutie

So for the sake of this review I have to tell a few stories (you can skip to the review itself if you'd like). One of the stories is why this is so delayed on my part and simply it's just because 1) I am moving, so I'm currently packing my things 2) There's no air conditioning in my house so it's causing me to be extremely lethargic and I was just too tired/lazy to take pictures for the review. Now the other story is how/when I won the giveaway and how was the process.

On April 24th, Plus Cutie was holding a giveaway on their instagram for this shirt (and three items/gifts [jewelry] for your friends)

Around May 8th, the giveaway winner (me) was announced and I emailed them the same day and didn't get a response until the next day. Originally I was just supposed to receive a code where i'd "purchase" the shirt from the store but it'd be completely free but they changed the process (on May 14th) and I just gave them my address, size, and all that jazz. But, silly me, I had to be a size 3XL and wait 7 days pre-order/reservation for the shirt to come in stock and shipped to me. I asked them on May 29th and it wasn't in stock yet so I waited. I asked again June 10th and the item still hasn't came in stock so on June 13th I was given the option to choose another item that was a similar price and I finally chose the first shirt shown above. Anyway, now for the actual review:

Shipping/Packaging:

My packaged shipped out on June 19th and I received it June 30th, basically within eleven days and that's wonderful. As always, the package is a well secure and safe bubble-wrap envelope. 

The package contents:

As always, upon ordering them you will receive your items inside a bag with their logo and URL on it (and it will have a sticker on the bag that indicates the item and size). They also give you a clear envelope with a post card.

And just as I began typing up the review, I just noticed: I didn't receive the extra gifts/items I was promised for my friends. I'll probably get with them on that soon but I've delayed this for so long it doesn't seem fair to me. ;~; *not assertive and doesn't like asking for too much*

Inside the post card envelope was the post card itself with a cute little note from the owners on the back, their business card, and a cute little gift (i received a ring).

I have chubby fingers so it doesn't fit me. xc I might just give it to a friend even though I love how cute it is. It's a lovely crown-shaped design.

Only reasons why I got this shirt besides its cute simple doll design was because of the bust measurements and how it said "with elastic." This shirt is hardly stretchy, if it is at all. But, somehow it fits, mostly. The material on the site says "polyester" but that's very vague and I have no idea how to describe the material (it's like the material they use for most blouses) and it's slightly see-through. I thought I should point out that the fabric underneath the collar/where the collar is sewn can come out and be visible. This is no issue to me at all because it can be easily tucked back in. c:

A Basic Run-Down:

Shipping/Packaging: 10/10 - As always, there was no issue with their packaging and their shipping was very fast. 

Communication: 10/10 - Definitely a big 10, they helped me out every step of the way. I will not give them a lower score because of a delay that was out of their hands. I'm so glad they were kind enough to give me a product of my choice instead of waiting longer for the original shirt to come in.

Fitting/Product/Quality: 9/10 - The shirt ~mostly~ fits, as you can see. I have no issues on my troubled areas (my bust and my arms) however once the shirt hits past my waist (going to my hips) it doesn't fit as well and the material of the shirt causes the shirt to roll up on the side a bit. The quality was not as expected from stock photos however it is still very good quality so I'm not complaining. :D Unfortunately, I did not get a few of the promised products (gifts for friends) but I really find it hard to criticize them for that since this process took a while (and I really just noticed this issue upon writing the review so it's also my fault for not noticing soon enough). >~<

Overall: 10/10 - I really love Plus Cutie and the items on their store. The cute clothes, wonderful people, and the amazing shipping is what really sells it. :D
