For me to attain quality sleep, it’s necessary to get rid of unnecessary  noise. The idea of these earplugs is that they reduce the volume level of the noise around you while still letting you still hear. You can hear, it's just softer (can I make that a permanent feature?). They're also reusable, which is a major plus for me, as I will be using them often. I got them at Walgreens for $10 but they are also available on drugstore.com in the US for $10. I would avoid paying more than $10-$15 for them.
