// Not sure if I understand the question correctly, I hope I do, and I apologise if I don’t. Unfortunately German is still my mother tongue lol I think what's really underrated here is politeness. Don't get me wrong, there are so many wonderful people I write with, all of you are so friendly and kind and brilliant - but when you look at other corners of the rpc, there is a serious and alarming lack of politeness there. Everyone should take a step back and look at the big picture and remind themselves that we are all living, breathing, human beings. We have a life. A family. Writing is a hobby to us, not a job. Step back, take a breath, and don't be an arse - that can't be so hard, can it?

“Oh?” Richard bit the inside of his cheek, blue, wandering eyes glancing up at the other in curiosity. “And wha’ exactly is it tha’ ye’ know?”

"I uh. Wasnt expecting you here." Billy rubbed the back of his neck, a beer in his other hand and Stu in the background equally as trashed. "Shit. You okay?"

“Look, I--I’m sorry, okay?” His hands were held up apologetically, a nervous smile tugging on his lips. It was hard to not start laughing at his own act, but he was skilled enough to play this part: the clumsy guy who had accidentally managed to bump into another person, causing them to drop their camera. It had to be done - pictures of him were out of the question. “I’ll pay for it!” Ian promised, grimacing as he glanced at the destroyed device. “Golly, this looks bad...”

Gus has tried on more than one occasion to have a normal relationship; however, he always ends up sabotaging. The moment things become too heavy he bails. Gus was mostly raised by his grandmother and the adults around him didn’t have normal functioning relationships so the status feels so foreign to him. The best way to have a successful and meaningful relationship with Gus is to not let him know he is in one.
