mags: anyway, how are you feeling?

he had just woken up from a short necessary nap since he had stayed up until eight in the morning . hands fumbled around to try and grab his phone to check the time and to see if there were any other updates for the lockdown but after he saw none , he sighed and rolled over in his bed and noticed that their dorm door was slightly ajar , like someone had left it open . frowning , he wanted to get up and close it , but found it difficult to even sit up . stress or exhaustion , he wasn’t sure . “ ruby ? you there ? “ he called out , hoping his roommate didn’t walk out into the hallway . he finally mustered enough energy to sit up on his bed and rubbed his eyes . “ ruby ? “ || @rubymeriwether​

“ so .. have you ever played street fighter before ? “ he asked , setting up the laptop , cords , and controllers in the common room . while the two had only met the night before at the dance , rizo already had a good feeling about him . he liked to think he was a good judge of character so when the opportunity arose to play video games with him , he took it . “ it’s not too complicated or difficult to follow . especially these old arcade - style versions . “ || @whathebash​

he had taken up a seat at the common area’s couch , poem book and pen in hand . there were no updates still and while he would love to just stay in bed and rest up for whatever else could happen , he could also just enrich his soul with something productive . however , he had been writing and scribbling out prose for the last ten minutes , unsatisfied with anything her put down and sighed . he heard the sound of a rustle and looked up . while he didn’t know her personally , drew was observant enough to know she lived on the same floor . “ you okay ? “ || @burnthesagc​

he stared at greg from afar . while he wasn’t against robots - especially those that deliver food - he still felt it was a bit .. out of place . sort of . he nudged finn with an elbow , face slightly scowling from exhaustion and gestured to the robot . “ not to be tinfoil - hat - weird , but .. don’t you have a weird feeling about those things ? “ || @finnleyy​
