post war, Draco's leg is injured at war and in pain, he studying in some kind of muggle university, I think it's in France, he is renting small apartment from some nice woman (maybe there is something about bookstore, but im not sure)
he and Harry communicating with each other through some king of diary, or a book, or a journal, but they don't know who is on the other side
Draco is searching something for the potion to heal his leg (if I recall correctly - Phoenix tear, but I'm not sure exactly), and when he finally find it he use it to save Harry, because they already met each other in person
