I’m stuck in a rut
It may be the weather but lately I have been in a rut. I'm getting depressed, eating like shit, I have gain like 5 pounds, and I feel like shit. So today I’m changing it. I have spring break from work, so I’m going to focus on me. Lately work has been causing me stress, that I have been getting a lot of headaches and back pain. So I’m going to do me, finish my to do list, and get ahead in the game at school. I’m going to start going to gym cause 179lb is not okay. I need to get focus on my end goal. Start drinking water and watch what I eat. So lets do this.
