Today's #PlantSpotlight is the BEE PLANT! aka California Figwort aka Scrophularia californica! ππ± Those these photos are of little seedlings, it can grow quite tall, and has pink/orange/red flowers that attract tiny native Californian bees! πΈ It does well out in the sun or in incomplete shade, and I think it looks quite dandy with its Lacy edges and red stems! πΏ It also has some medicinal properties but I forgot to take a photo of the sign that lists them so I forget what they are besides anti-inflammatory.
