Yesterday I ran my first ultra-marathon 50 miles. Spoiler alert - it was hard. Thankfully I had @courtney_wright25 come pace me the last 6 miles. She made those last few miles l a lot more enjoyable. . I spent about 6hours listening to the adventure zone #thezonecast and I’m almost caught up with the amnesty arc!
