!!!! okay so this probs will be long BUT. julians favorite food is always going to be his dad's homemade lasagna; granted, his dead is currently a spectral being with no body and can't cook so he lives with store bought ones but he's deadset on returning his father's body so he's pretty excited to try that lasagna again.
he does make pillow-forts but not for reasons you might expect! as a kid pillow forts were his way of letting his dad know he wants to be left alone and wants to have his diet so nowadays he builds them so his dad can't witness everything, given that he can float through everything. his father also respects it, actually, so it works. he also doesn't jerk off in them and if he ever does get himself off it's usually when his dad's ghost isn't around. so... usually when he's out on hunts. its kind of awkward but so far no demon has ever noticed so he's fine with it. plus it's actually less awkward than doing it with his dad around.
he likes both equally but cats are more useful when demon hunting; he still loves dogs and his childhood dog will always have a place in his heart but with life the way it is right now ... well, he's gonna have an easier time with cats.
his favorite trait in a person will always be their honesty. he's pretty blunt and straightforward himself and since he knows he's pretty oblivious at times he's incredibly thankful to everyone who is absolutely honest with him. though he also appreciates people who think about others right away without making them an afterthought.
he's used to sleeping in his car so one usually does it for him but if he's in a motel or hotel you can bet he has at least 2 or so just so he can hug one of them. since he can't hug his dad anymore he likes sleeping hugging a pillow because at least in his sleep it's like he is being embraced by anyone. honestly he's pretty touch starved, i just noticed.
his worst fear is never being able to recover his dad's body (or in any verse where he's not a hunter that he won't be able to support his dad's medications financially) and that he never gets to have a proper conversation with his mother. he's already cut ties with his past friends and loved ones, so losing his family would be the worst thing for him.
his favorite recurring dream is one where he's a kid again and gets to drive to disney land with both his parents where they're healthy and it eventually slowly fades into him as an adult with a future spouse he can't actually envision entirely also being at disneyland

Google will be always the best place.
I redesigned the flag of Grenada to be less busy and with the nutmeg pod in a logical place. Let me know what you think- I have no graphic design experience.
from /r/vexillology Top comment: I just always thought the flag of Grenada seemed like someone had a bunch of different flag ideas and then decided to just use them all. I'm especially bothered by the random nutmeg pod that's just placed on the left side of the flag, ruining the symmetry of a flag that should be symmetrical. But the nutmeg is a prominent symbol of Grenada, so I decided to keep it and put it in a more sensible spot. I also decided to keep the red/yellow/green color scheme because it looks nice and references the Pan-African colors, and many Grenadians have African roots. But the nutmeg makes it specifically Grenadian. I also toned down the colors a bit. Hope you like it! I don't do this kind of thing much, so I might not be the best at it.

I finally wrapped up my procedural stairs this week. After sorting out the spline and material issues in Houdini, I pushed the asset further by assigning different material IDs directly inside Houdini. This gave me more control once I brought it into Substance Painter, where I could properly texture the separate parts without everything blending into one flat material.
The process went smoothly, and it was actually satisfying to see the asset evolve from just a procedural shape to something that feels production-ready. I kept the materials fairly simple but consistent with the rest of my environment — mainly metal and concrete finishes that would make sense in a bunker lab setting.
Here’s the final result after texturing:
After finishing up with the texturing work, I imported my .hda file to Unreal which gave me a lot of control and I was able to adjust the stair properly in place.
I followed this tutorial for help:
Overall, this workflow has been a good exercise in combining procedural flexibility with manual texturing detail. Now that the stairs are done, I can start thinking about how they’ll fit into the larger scene and help guide the player’s movement through the space.
