Since they're sensory organs, particularly related to aura, I imagine they're pretty sensitive. There is a LOT of teasing one could do with this, perhaps even unintentionally.

Seeing as they look a bit like hair, I could definetly see a trainer playing with what they thought was thier pokemon's hair, only for thier Lucario to slowly get increasingly squirmy and sensitive, until its too much for either one to ignore. Maybe its that the trainer now has a desperately hard/wet mess to deal with, maybe its that Lucario bursts into tears because its so overwhelmed with being so very intimately aware of the affection its trainer holds for it.

Or perhaps you're another pokemon, and you know this about a Lucario you meet. Pinning down your teammate and nippong at Lucario's sensors(?) letting them feel how much you wanna fuck it. Maybe tugging at your opponent's feelers until it cry, and letting it feel how amusing you find this.

And of course we have the options for more interesting forms of masturbation/self soothing. A lucario touching its feelers to create a feedback loop of arousal until its ready to burst. Or maybe thinking nice things about yourself as you neaten the fur on it, and getting the sensory equivalent of *watching* your smile grow bigger and bigger as you clean yourself up.
