I finally got to try #PizzeriaBeddia, aka @pizzacamp, in Philly on my trip home last week! It's pizza night. We're making Margherita Pizza, using tipo 00 flour from Italy, San Mariano tomatoes also from Italy, fresh mozzarella (Arkansas style) and fresh basil from the garden. We used @pizzacamp's easy recipe for the dough.
