Pizza Pledge
I pledge myself to Pizza, the one true god of taste, whose cheesy skin and doughy guts, it is a sin to waste.
I pledge myself to toppings, their colors bright in hue, from veggie bits to meaty things, they make a motley crew.
I pledge myself to crusty types, from thin to deep to stuffed, in my mouth it’s all the same, I’d eat them in the buff.
I pledge myself to sauces, whose red song fills my veins, a dry ‘za without gravy, is my greatest bane.
Pizza, Pizza everywhere, Pizza in my blood, I’d build an ark for Pizza, and save it in the Flood.
So with this oath I promise, to Pizza I’ll be true, I’ll live to love and serve it, until my life is through.
