Meet Timothy Snell
Timmy is a student working his way as a part-time student, part-time employee at a local gym. The only thing that seems to be getting in his way his that he does have a superpower that a) he doesn’t want anyone to know about and b) he has almost no control over. Timmy can perform electrolysis with his mind; or, more accurately, Timmy performs electrolysis seemingly at random, whether he intends to or not. This power is terribly inconvenient, and there is a small part of Timmy that wonders how he’s managed not to kill anything yet--so far, it’s mostly been turning water into oxygen and hydrogen, or breaking down objects, but he is starting to worry that it’s getting more powerful, and there doesn’t seem to be much he can do to stop it.
