Okay, listen. Listen. The thought came to me when I was remembering when Dreadbot robbed a bank... and blew up the money (*cry in penniless*). When Cybertonian scan for an alt-mode, they most likely also scan the licensing plates of the car scanned. So, there are two versions of your car running around; one being your plain old car and the other is an alien robot.

Like, imagine for a moment a Decepticon using your car's image as an alt-mode went and blew some shit up or whatever and authorities see your car driving away from the scene. Like, they don't have footage of the car turning into a robot, but there is footage for your car driving hella suspiciously and crazily away from the crime. Now, they gotta investigate your car and you.

Like, am I the only one who's thought of this?
