Still working on my story, finished writing the 12th and final page today, laid out page 7, should be inked tomorrow.  I’m juggling a bunch of little projects.  There is a Sapporo zine festival in July, and I want to make new business cards, make some prints to sell, and finish a new ‘love’ zine before.  It’ll just be a little plugging away each day.  Somewhere, I was looking back at my output from the past, and this is a DJ set from back when I was DJ def, playing in the sunny sub-tropics of Okinawa.  It was fun.  Listen if you like music, don’t listen if you hate electronic music.  It’s basically 80 minutes of trippy, cold, minimal techno.  Makes me wonder what the heck I’ll be doing ten years from now if that was what I was doing ten years ago.

To mark this point of no return in the evolution of humanity, we asked various artists about their earliest experiences with the Internet: where they accessed it, what they searched for, how it inspired their future pursuits, and whether they had any sense of the overwhelming impact it would have on our lives. In particular, we surveyed musicians who are old enough to remember life in the analog age—and for whom that first click was as momentous as their first kiss (or as underwhelming as their first time having sex).
