The ceramic body of this hand-decorated pitcher-vase is the color ecru and is decorated with splotches of white and then speckled with 24-karat gold. The bottom of the vase is incised with "Made in the USA, the number 151 and the initials of the craftsman. Normally, the base of Savoy China pottery is covered with a beige-gray felt pad and is identified with a foil label on the neck. Both these original aspects are missing. The condition is vintage-excellent with no breaks, cracks, impact bruises or stains.
