I’m a bit confused what you mean by showing us Yuliy and Willard developing their relationship. I thought the whole point of the events in the mansions roof was that they were ALREADY at that point but keeping this secret and being so sure of the way it would end blinded Willard to that fact until Yuliy was screaming in his face that he’d been a father to him and he mattered to him so freaking much so why the hell hadn’t he just TOLD him before now?!

I always thought a headcanon was anything that Canon didn't directly contradict. If it was outright expressed in the show that Danny was NOT trans somehow then it would be au to make works about him being so, you know?

The “evidence” towards Danny being a trans boy is actually contradicted by the show itself. It seems to be based solely on him wearing a shirt to the waterpark, which people speculate could be hiding a binder, and him not wanting Desiree to touch his chest.

The Generals it is! I figure their meeting up would be comparable to canon because Lotor can generally appreciate that having people who can watch your back for you is good for your survival.

I get what you mean but it was...obvious that that would happen if that makes sense. It was set up that he would come when yusaku took too long (which he certainly has) so what I meant was that nothing...changed.

the feud between Revolver and the Ignis hasn't progressed in either direction, just stepped closer to the point that WILL give us some sort of change in the situation, the Knights are still decimating the fake cyverse, Shoichi and Takeru are still unaware of what happened and where Yusaku and Ai are and everything, there were no twists or revealed information that we didn't already know, you know?

I’ll give you that nothing really changed and that there were no twists to speak of, but revealed info we didn’t already know? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Like ok, we knew already how much Revolver-sama reveres his father, but the extent, I feel like, is always up in the air.

So, this scene.

It didn’t occur to me last night when I was watching, but now that I’m looking at it again, something about this scene seems . . . odd to me.

Unless this is another case of a mistranslation, the fact that Revolver-sama is saying that only carrying out his father’s ideas -  specifically, the ones dealing with the annihilation of the Ignis - is what’s keeping him going at this point raises a TON of red flags for me. 

You could interpret the whole “what moves me forward” thing as Revolver-sama mocking Playmaker’s word choice (I mean, he did it with Windy), but the fact that he chose to start off with that is extremely telling.

Like, there are so many things Revolver-sama could possibly do as a way to “keep [him] going,” (like going after SOL Technology for being responsible for his dad’s death ultimately??? *shrug*) but he’s choosing to lash out against the Ignis b/c that’s what Dr. Kogami was fighting. 

Like, if he does exactly what his father was trying to do, only then can he move on from his death.  

And that’s really concerning.

An excellent question! I figured I’d take a bit to make a tutorial just in case anyone else wants to join me in virus!Playmaker hell

The long and short of your question is it’s basically just a bunch of black dots connected by thinner lines! I wanted the virus to have a chaotic, almost organic feel to it, so I tried to make the dots as non-uniform as possible.

Here’s a step-by-step from start to finish:

1) Mark out the general shape of the virus in purple. I wanted it to have an insidious feel to it, so I formed it into lines that looked almost like veins or roots spreading through the body. Make sure this layer is above all of the other layers of the drawing so far!

2) In a layer underneath the base shape, use the airbrush tool to make it glow red. This helps it both stand out from the body underneath and gives it a more sinister glow to it.

3) Create a layer above the purple base, and then layer clip it to the purple base. Using the brush tool, make a bunch of dots. The less uniform, the better! Once you’ve made dots to your liking, connect them with some thinner chaotic, scribbly lines.

And that’s basically it! Going back to your original question, yes it can be a pretty time-consuming process. But the results are worth it, in my mind!

 @pipedreamprayer LOL OKAY SO that’s from my Simulator AU where Keith is stuck inside a simulator for the part of it with an AI version of Lance!! The thing around Keith’s neck is called an AI cube, it’s what holds all of an AI’s data. At one point Keith gets out of the simulator and carries around Lance’s AI cube while he waits for Hunk and Pidge to make Lance an artificial body for the cube to go into;; and after Lance gets a human body outside of the simulator he gives Keith another cube, his backup data, and Keith carries it around like that!!
