One of my favourite times of the year, the massed pipe band at the cancer parade. They collect money for cancer research at this band parade every year.
Kimbo (elf seeker): All-drum bands are called pipe bands too.
Party: Really? That’s weird, never heard of that.

Bagpipes and tartans
I am incredibly stirred by the sound/sight of the bagpipes. Tartan kilts too. There is something special about the Clan Tartans, I think. The sight of a kilt-clad pipe band can make me shiver in an ecstasy almost sexual in its intensity – and can also reduce me to tears within seconds.
