Say hello to Ross, The Birdman of Toronto. He's been carving his little birds on Toronto streets for over a decade. He began carving when he was 14. After losing his hearing, he took to carving full time.

It's not only the warmer weather that alleviates those winter blahs but the many street festivals, parades and other events taking place in and around Toronto.

I was able to get a shot of the mural in the now closed By The Way Restaurant in the Annex. I'm surprised it came out this clear as the window was a bit dirty. The Mediterranean style facility closed its doors after forty years of service. Change as they say is inevitable.

Snob Restaurant & Bar Located in the Frank Hotel. It's been in business since 1666. Wandering around Amsterdam on my last day there, this is one of the places I came across. Amsterdam is one of my favorite cities: Good food, good coffee, lots of friendly people.
