what if Antasma had a reason for destroying the side islands with Neo Bowser Castle
like, think about it. he destroyed not just one, but all of them
what if before the final fight, most of the Pi'illo population were sent to the islands for saftey while the warriors fought, and they were frozen there on the side islands when the nightmare chunks rained down
and that's why there is only 50 Pi'illos or so
