These trimmed pig cheeks are marinated in a delightful blend of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, and aromatic spices before being quickly seared and roasted to perfection. Experience a burst of flavor and tenderness in every bite.
Ingredients: 4 pig cheeks, trimmed. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and black pepper to taste. For the Marinade:. - 2 tablespoons soy sauce. - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. - 1 tablespoon honey. - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. - 2 cloves garlic, minced. - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven up to 400F 204C. Add salt and black pepper to the pig cheeks. To make the marinade, mix the soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and dried thyme in a small bowl with a whisk. Make sure to cover all of the pig cheeks with the marinade by rubbing them in it. Give them at least 15 minutes to soak.
