Piernik - Polish Gingerbread Loaf Cake
made gingerbread christmas trees using this new silicone baking tray that i'm obsessed with. i straight up just blend oats and water, put them into a bowl with other ingredients like chia seeds, fruit, sugar, spices and baking soda, then put the mixture into the molds and bake them at 220°C for 25-30 mins (oats need to be baked for longer at a higher temp than regular flour) then BOOM you've got delicious bready cakey gingerbread buns xo

Pojechałam dziś do Torunia. Ostatni raz byłam tak chyba w wieku 15 lat?
Poszłyśmy z @jakiwstydprzedpanemrysiem na obiad. Sajgonki, kalmarki, kawka, herbatka :D
Tym razem kawa była w pytę dobra! I widać było ulgę na twarzy @jakiwstydprzedpanemrysiem . I sajgonki były pyszne!
A potem poszłyśmy się poszwendać po starówce. Stare kamienice i wille z czerwonej cegły wciąż robią wrażenie! Tak właśnie pamiętałam Toruń, jako miasto z czerwonej cegły.
Potem jeszcze skoczyłyśmy na pączki. Przysięgam, że NIGDY wcześniej lepszych nie jadłam. Były takie delikatne jak obłoczek. Nie za słodkie, nie za mdłe. Po prostu niebiański obłoczek.
I kupiłam pierdyliard żelków za miliony monet. Takie mózgi, kości, pająki i jeszcze jakieś. I jeszcze takie Trololololo, ale to przemilczę, bo niespodzianka dla dziewczyn się nie uda :P
Znowu nam się buzie nie zamykały, śmiałyśmy się, chociaż czasem tematy były mało zabawne. Gdyby nie było tak zimno, to pewnie włóczyłabym się tak całą noc między kamienicami, Wisłą i własnymi myślami ;)
